Mr. Ochoa is founder and principle partner of the TEG Markeitng Group of companies and has over 28 years experience specializing in developing large scale Venues, Concerts, Festivals and Special Events helping grow tourism and economic development for various cities and properties.
His consultant experience is working with large scale festivals and special events throughout the USA. He works with various multicultural groups including, Mexican, Italian, German, Polish, Indian, African, Irish, Arabic, and Asian communities and has been instrumental in establishing some of the largest ethnic festivals in the USA.
Mr. Ochoa has a diversified business background. He represents four companies as Senior Marketing Consultant and Partners. As Principle of O&P Enterprise Limited-Hong Kong, the company is involved in investment and development of international companies. A Partner in JOEB, an import export business headquartered in Clearwater Beach, Florida. He also serves as Vice President of Dongzhu Steel Products USA with headquarters in Shenzhen, China and is President of JLO Productions & Entertainment, a tourism and entertainment company with field offices in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Pletch, Vice President, Special Event Coordinator and Consultant has over 20 years of experience in management, negotiations, marketing and sales. He has traveled extensively, both nationally and internationally, and has been involved in multiple corporate and governmental negotiations with various ministries.
From the Princess Grace Benefit Ball featuring Frank Sinatra and the San Antonio Pope John visit, he has formulated and implemented various marketing and sales programs and provided humanitarian support for many children’s organizations in the United States, the Caribbean and South America. He has produced various musical tours including Nelly, Usher, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Anita Baker and Patti Labelle.
Mr. Pletch has secured production arrangements, promoted and orchestrated some of the largest music festivals, concerts, sporting events and charitable fundraisers throughout the United States. He has extensive creative skills and the practices to implement, oversee and develop new projects in any environment.

Working in field sales for major manufacturers and distributors, Ms.Scholberg has delivered Public Relations, Advertising and Sales Promotional support to a number of brands across multiple industries over more than 25 years. Responsibilities have included domestic and international planning/executing of Marketing Communication tactics resulting in lead generation and brand awareness for top line growth. She has directed various campaigns and programs, efficiently deploying internal/third-party resources for on-time, on-quality and on-budget results.
